It is because my parents have killed me for bringing more snakes home.
Meet the newest additions to my collection.

the male is the big dark one, and the female is the lighter one with red eyes. I didn't really want garden phase amazons (really want a pair of reds) but I got a very good deal on these guys and they are a sexed pair, so if I can get them to breed than I'll buy a more expensive pair.
I am going to be in sooooooo much trouble when they find out.

Congrats on the new additions. Is that a mesh cage they're in?

yeah they are in a mesh chameleon cage I borrowed from work. They are getting delux seperate wood cages as soon as I can get to making them. Right now they are in the snake room and are plenty tosty.

I took some pictures tonight of them in their new homes. I am going to build them a rack soon, and its going to be able to house three so I guess I will have room for one more. :twisted:
Dante, I bought him a beautiful piece of wood, and its to big, so tommorow I am going to have to cut it down a little. He loves me as you can see.

In a fairly odd turn around, my parents are helping to build their cages and said and I quote "they are not as bad as I thought, if they have babys I don't have a problem if you get a couple more" end quote. Its like the twilight zone here. :wink:

Well, glad to hear you parents are so understanding. Even when Iwas visiting my mother's house, she would make me keep my scorpion in the basement, though the geckos could stay upstairs. Again, nice looking amazons. :D

and scott, the female's head is in the first pic and partially in the 2nd
