I am looking for large 25-50lb bags of lab blocks to feed rats and mice, where do people usually get them. All I can find near me is little itty bitty bags at the pet store that last me a couple days.

I get 50lb bags of Mazuri and the feed mill. But they also wholesale pet supplies to the area pet stores as well.

Ask your pet shop to order it for ya.

Try the feed and grain mills.

Hopefully that will get you set in the right direction at least.

Feedstores usually stock Mazuri. If they don't carry the kind you want in stock, they are pretty decent with special orders...

I appreciate the help. I am going to the pet store in a minute so I will ask them what they stock and if they could order it for me if they don't stock it. Thanks again.

Word to the wise, a feed store will most likely be MUCH cheaper. Farm stores and whatnot...

I go to a place called Stockmans Seed and Supply, way hick...

Jeremy....here in Michigan, the best place is TSC (Tractor Supply Co).

Yep....agreed feedstores are cheaper...BY FAR.

I used to go out of my way to the feedstore for Cigarettes of all things...they were $0.50 cheaper than anywhere else in town.

As well as cheaper dog food...

Thanks Alex I notice every time I go into TSC I realize they had exactly what I needed. That will be my next stop the local pet stores just said they could get bulk hamster food :? - not what I need. As for the grain mills or feed stores besides TSC is an elavator. I guess that is what most people call a grain mill in Michigan or am I wrong?

Any elevator that sells feed should be able to get you what you need, I would think...
Depends on whether or not they want to deal with it or not...
