My KSB is having some trouble shedding. It's been about 5 days now and half of the top is gone, but there's still some on the head to, but the eyes are clear. He's on sand, I mist him every day since he started to shed and keep something solid on one side of the cage to keep the humidity in. How can I help this guy out? It's been over 2 weeks since he ate last, this past week because of shedding and the week before he killed it, but didn't eat it. Thanks for any advice.

put him or her in a deli cup overnight with moist papertowels to help with the shed.

Would you want to keep the deli cup on/under a heat source? Seems like wet paper towels at room temperature would be too cold.

You wouldnt want to keep it on a heat source, the heat source would turn the moisture into steam...not good. Best bet is to put the entire deli cup back into teh enclosure the KSB is being housed...but not directly over or next to the heat source.

That makes sense. Thank you for clarifying :)
