Licences needed for sales over the Net

I am just curious as to what licences, if any, someone might need to sell reptiles over the Net. I am not sure if there are any that are needed but I also wanted to ask before I sold any of my collection.

You really don't need anything to sell animals via the net. Although watch out for the "bad guys"!

Cool. I don't guess I need anything to transport them either other than the proper boxing and heat packs with them.

Licenses are not needed, but I'd be wary of what speices you're selling to which states. Some states do require permits to sell, keep and even breed reptiles.

Check with your state, also. The wildlife regulatory organization here (Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency) requires a permit to breed/sell any indigenous species. Your state may have similar requirements.

I don't know what animal you have for sell but I suggest you check the CITIES list before posting. It seems to grow every day.
