some prosciutto wrapped mozerella with roma tomatoes drizzled with herb unfused olive oil. i also made a some roasted red pepper and artichoke tapenade

A italian parmesan encrusted talapia with a white wine mushroom sauce, stuffed crab and vegies

And Fe said my "LIVE" chicken pics made her hungry... :hungry:

Did you make the Mozz? I have yet to try, but it's sooo simple once you have all the ingredients together.

I can figure out the Parm encrusted Tilapia ..I think.... but how did you mix the stuffing for the crab ...crab and ?? Please, sir... :D

i bought the mozerella and wrapped thim in the prosciutto.

ingredients for the crab stuffing is

3/4 to 1 pound crab meat
4 slices stale bread i use texas toast style
2 garlic cloves ( minced )
1 medium size onion
1/2 sweet pepper
1/2 cup cooking oil
parsley,oregano, chives
onion tops
celery tops
red pepper to taste
celery salt to taste
