No, no poo yet....

but do you see ANYTHING strange about this pic, maybe the fact that uh, my snake turned invisable? and that my board games/drawers have been pushed out?
haha yeah....

well, i realized she was outa her cage while i was on the phone with my mom, then, i go ask my dad if he had left the door open when he went outside to fix the tarp over the rabbits.... he didnt...

all night the two doors from the sunroom into the house had been shut. so she was confined to that room... lol

and she picked the tightest place to fit into...behind the entertainment center... also the heaviest piece of junk we have in this room.... im just glad none of the deer heads were knocked off the wall... lol

that gap, on the last pic is about 4 inches from the wall, in the front more like 6... i will never let anyone tell me she cant fit through something like that... :twitch: even tho i dont have any idea how she did it with her fat bottomed self...

here she is after we pulled it away from the wall :D

and here she is, no huffs or hisses, with me :D i look like crap, but who cares lol

ahha.. :peace:

(oh, and mom heard something last night, woke dad up, cause she thought something got in the house.... he said it was just the rabbit... and for those of you wondering Dr Pepper is still with us)

LOL Love escapees. Guess you'll have to weigh down the top so she stays put from now on.

I'm glad you found her unscathed ..and no small pets missing that shouldn't be  How will you keep her contained, though? She looks plenty big enough to get out of most situations ..with very little effort.

Do any of the "pro" cages prevent such escaping? I really need to know this ...for when the Bredli are here ..and the Blood

Shes back in her cage, she got out from the side with the red rope tied around it... the lock thing busted off when we moved the cage...

this made my dad realize that we DO have to re do the top...

i am interested in getting a boaphile cage later on when i get the money, we arnt in the situation to drop that kinda cash, but im thinking about making a cage for her - i was thinking make the inside outa that shower board stuff, and just use 2x4s for now, and later when i get more money, put a nice stained wood (like thin stuff) - hard to explain, i will have to sketch it out... any way...

im going to go add a little help to the rope now... aka jack some of my brothers belts lol... im going to walmart today to get a new latch for the one side... for now... :bored:

Exactly, I had a 14 inch long honduran get out.... I didn't even both looking for it. It turned up a year later crawling over a rack in the rep room.... and noticeably bigger in perfect health.... gotta love having a few wild mice in the house!

Glad you got her back without stuff getting broken, the big ones seem to cram themselves into small spots and wait for you to find them!

Rut Roh!!! Watch out Sara! Once they figure out a way to get out they remember it!

My boa has snuck out of her cage a few times and yeah~ it's amazing what they can cram themselves into! (And what a giant pain they can be to get out of said space, especially when they are NOT cooperating with you). She's only ever gone any farther than her room one time.

On a side note, this one time was hilarious because my BFF is afraid of snakes and she was sitting on the couch that Amber was underneath and practically had to go home and change her pants when I found Amber! These are the quality moments we remember throughout our lives...

You could just give the snake the porch....that would solve the top problem...

You need to write a children's book from the rabbits point of view;)

Great adventure! Glad she didn't raid the fridge:)
