i know how to check for them, and none of my snakes have them.
but i am possibly picking up 2 large female red tail boas as a rescue... they come with the cage, they are housed together, and are around 6 foot... handleable, but she just cant care for them properly... im guessing cause of the economy and crap...
any way. i wouldnt mind getting something to treat them for mites as a precaution, they will be on a 3 month qt, in the sunroom, away from the other snakes....
and as soon as i find a new exotics vet i will be taking them... but scenic hills dropped us after the dog sitch... so i have no snake vet...
anyway...
is there a good mite treatment i can get? soon as i call a couple vets around town im going to get them checked for parasites lol
thanks
