'Ya done good! He looks quite content under his little basking light! Is that an aquarium kind of thing in the center? It looks good there...

Does he have a hide in there somewhere? Do savs require a hide?
He sure is a little cutie!

It is a rock formation for aquariums. I am going hunting drift wood for in there as soon as lake superior thaws. He has a hide box on the opposite end as the water dish. I need to get him a larger one this week.

Too bad we don't live closer~ I've got a couple of really nice hunks of Cholla cactus skeletons that would fit nicely in there, although going out to hunt driftwood sounds like fun. Maybe you'll find lots of cool water snakes and salamanders while you're out!

Is this Oscar's forever home now? It looks to be pretty good sized. Sorry, I always ask a lot of questions~ I'm not being a smart a$$ I'm just genuinely interested...

I sure hope it is his permanent home. It is huge. It takes up about 1/4 of my livingroom...
I doubt I will fine much in the line of cool critters while looking for drift wood. It is really to cold up here for much of anything.:moodforwn:
