I just about fell off my chair when I saw those -- those are the chocolate stripes I was desperately trying to find. I e-mailed those guys and told them I will seriously send the money overnight if I can have the two above. That will absolutely make my month, I am going to be crushed if I can't get them. The seller has a lot of various kingsnake morphs and has made a lot of combos, so I'm hoping they can finally explain it all to me.

Because I really lost a lot of my heart for ball pythons when they all died. That is one of the worst things I've ever gone through and I really don't have the energy to rebuild or get more. I'm going to keep breeding what I have and may selectively add more here and there if I come across ones I just can't live without, but I decided I should look at some other species and variations of those species to find some fun, less expensive projects I'd like to work with.

Ok, that explains it. I still get a kick out of breeding corns myself. We still have our Mex black kings and our black milks, which are my fave Colubrid hands down. I just love the jet black on the black milks that always shines so impressively.

Mexican black kings are on my want list -- I was so pissed today because the manager at the pet store just sold his big adult male from his personal collection. I'm hoping to get a pair at Tinley -- if yours give you any babies, put me down on the list! I'm holding out for the most perfect jet black ones I can find.

I'm doing a few corns too -- I have my butter motleys, and my website designer as lavendar motleys coming soon. Hoping to work with those.

Buy them? Yes. Recieve them? Not yet. Weather has been warming up so a lot of purchases have been on hold. This coming week is supposed to be pretty nice, so I think most things are going to be shipped then. The blonde kings, these kings, the CH babies I picked up awhile back, the big 2500g striped female BP, and the co-dom genetic banded male BP to go with my gen. banded girl. They're from the same line by Ian G. so that's a really cool project. No one has bred them to each other yet, only to normals, so no one knows if there is a super form or not.

They're here! The boy has some slight patterning on his sides, the females is completely clean. I can't wait to breed this stripe into other color phases -- I think the chocolate brown and bright yellow should really stand out when bred into the blue eyed blondes and the lavendars.

Very nice. Looks like the boy has a perfect stripe and the girl only has one break in her stripe. Very desireable trait! Congrats on the great looking critters!

He has one more pretty good looking female, I think I may get her too so I have two to put into other combos.
