Pixie had a bad start. When I got Her, She was 3 Months old, had a respiratory infection and weighed only 17 grams. So, Her Growth was stunted. But, I think She has come a LOOOONG way....

Cute girlies!! :D
I took in a little fella a year ago, that had been in very poor conditions in a shop.. he was stunted, apparently... but being the little piggy that he is and all the TLC ...he's doin' just fine now.
Good luck with your girls!

Hi- I'm new to the site, but I've had a fat tailed gecko for 4 years and a crested gecko for 3 years.
My crested gecko has always been smaller than usual because I haven't been able to feed her live food (she would literally go nuts for days at a time, hunting crickets that weren't even there). I started to give her the pre-packaged mealworms a couple of months ago, and she has gained a lot of weight and seems so much happier.
The problem I'm having is that for 3 years I thought my gecko was a girl....now all of a sudden "she" is looking like a "he". I have never heard of a gecko maturing so late, but could it be because she/he wasn't eating properly until now?
There is no visible irritation or discoloration at all, and she/he is behaving completely as usual, eating, sleeping, bathroom and activity are all the same.
Does anyone have any thoughts?? I'm stumped!
Thanks!
