Cold packs

I ordered cold packs and have not got them. When I am ready to ship do I just throw these in the freezer for awhile and are these reusable. They are just plain white with no words on them.

They are reusable. You can get similar products in grocery stores and Wal-Mart or K-Mart. I get so many with medication shipments that we throw most of them away from time to time as the freezer fills up. When you pack up the animals, be sure to separate the cold pack from the animal by several thick layers of folded newspapers.
