Ok Cool Mike, pan fried chicken covered in a home made salsa type of sauce. It's a failry chunky sauce. Diced tomatoes, scallots, garlic powder, dried onions, Louisiana hot sauce, worcecstershire sauce, portabello mushrooms and shredded mozzarilla cheese.
Brocolli and hash browns on the side. Hashbrowns were cooked in worcestershire sauce.
Chicken was pan fried in soy sauce.
You had the option of adding more shredded mozzarilla cheese to the sals sauce or Parmesan cheese!
And some blackberry red wine to go with it.... :icon_pidu:

Gotta love left overs, same dish, different side!
Mashed tators, these are not your average tators. I make these with whole milk, butter, 1 egg mixed in. The egg gives them a lighter texture and a smoother taste. I also add black pepper and tabasco sauce!
So you get some spicy, slightly hot mashed tators! And they are good!
