He was a gift...good eater, fairly active...very cool to just watch when active and eating.
he's a Centruroides margaritatus

he's very cool...fast though...mori got him and housed him for me...it ran up his arm and hung on....he said for me not to take that chance :) so I don't plan to

cool to watch eat...I was just watching for about 20 min...

at first he was going to bring me a yellow not completely identified one that's 1" but saw mites on that one so brought me this one which was the other choice...he said this one eats and is more active...interesting new addition to my diversity :)

Do you eat a lot of crickets Mike? I figured you for more of the type where "I just bought an Argie so Ive gotta feast on Ramen Noodles for a month till hes paid for and here" :icon_super:

well, here he is after 4 hrs with a large cricket last night...was going to take a pic today but he doesn't still look chubby :D

I haven't really looked too far into scorps. Do they need heat or are they good in room temp. that is the only thing keeping me from getting any.

some scorps are fine 75-85 and was told my apt is warm enough...some need more humidity, some are desert

I'll wait till next year to see what my room temp is with all the animals packed in there, then I'll go from there
