All reptiles will carry a 5-day health guarantee from the time shipment was accepted. All reptiles are guaranteed properly sexed and as described unless otherwise stated. Live arrival guarantee on reptiles only effective if shipment is signed for on first delivery attempt. If reptiles arrive DOA because of a shipper or packaging error, a replacement animal of equal value or a full refund including shipping charges will be forwarded to you at our discretion. Shipping charges are not refundable if the animal or product arrives in good condition.

All products are guaranteed to be as described unless otherwise stated.

Reptiles and products must be returned for inspection prior to refund or replacement unless otherwise stated.

ABSOLUTELY NO SALES TO MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WITHOUT PARENTS/GUARDIANS CONSENT.

We accept payments in the form of Paypal to Alex@AlexHueReptiles.com and MasterCard/Visa/Discover/Debit cards over the phone or our online secured Credit Card submission form.

Personal checks/Cashiers checks/Money orders will ONLY be accepted if a accompanying credit or debit card is charged a deposit amount equal to 10% of the total purchase price which is NON-REFUNDABLE if you fail to make payment with the check or money order. Reptiles/Products will be placed on Hold for 5 days pending your check or money order payment. Once your check or money order payment has been received, we will credit back your Credit/Debit card for the 10% deposit. We are no longer holding Reptiles/Products for check or money order buyers based on your word alone unless you make prior arrangements with us or have purchased via a check or money order in the past.

We offer payment plans on orders over $1,000.00 ONLY. All orders on payment plans will be subject to a 20% non-refundable deposit. You make a initial 20% non-refundable deposit, you have 60 days to pay balance in full unless a longer Term was approved, no weekly payments are required just as long as the balance is paid within the 60 days or approved Term. If you fail to pay in full at the end of your Term, only your deposit will be forfeited. Any payments or money above and beyond your deposit will be returned.

NO Reptiles or Products are considered "SOLD" until payment has been received.

All orders received and paid for by 5:30PM will typically ship the same day Mon-Thurs.

AVID IDENTIFICATION

All Investment Quality/Rare species will be AVID Micro Chipped for Free at our discretion. AVID Micro Chipping is also available for $25.00 by your request. All info pertaining to AVID Chipped Reptiles will be permanently stored on file here.
