do I place My order?

Your
best bet is to
Call
or E-Mail us with the ID#
and/or description of the Reptile/Product you're interested in
and if you don't get a hold of us right away, be sure to leave
us your name and number so we may contact you.
Although most of the Reptiles/Products listed can be purchased
immediately via our online shopping cart.

How
do I pay for my order?

We
accept Paypal Payments to
Alex@AlexHueReptiles.com or Visa/Mastercard/Discover over the phone
or our secured online credit card submission form.
We can also accept checks/money orders via Mail.

Do
you offer a payment plan?
|
We
offer payment plans on orders over $1,000.00 ONLY. All orders on payment
plans will
be subject to a 20% non-refundable deposit. You make a initial
20% non-refundable deposit, you have 60 days to pay balance in
full unless a longer Term was approved, no weekly payments are
required just as long as the balance is paid within the 60 days
or approved Term. If you fail to pay in full at the end of your
Term, only your deposit will be forfeited. Any payments or money
above and beyond your deposit will be returned.

you offer quantity discounts?

We
may occasionally offer quantity pricing on Reptiles/Products
that we have a good supply of. The discounts will be located in
the price column of the Reptile/Product being offered.

What
are your shipping Terms?
|
Please check our Shipping page. We do ship year round
unless the Temps. are too extreme (20 degrees or lower/95
degrees or higher) and ensuring a safe delivery is just not
possible.

the Reptiles you offer Captive Bred/Hatched/Born?
|
Every single animal that is listed on this site is Captive
Bred/Hatched/Born unless otherwise stated in their description.

How
do I know if a Reptile/Product listed is still available?
|
Our
site is updated at Midnight Daily and every time a
Reptile/Product is sold. If its listed, then chances are its
immediately available !

you guarantee the Reptiles you sell to be sexed accurately?

What
if I'm a minor under 18 years of age?
|
If
you're under 18 years old, we would need to speak with your
parent/guardian to verify that your purchase is okay with them.
We may also request that they fax or send us a handwritten
letter stating that your purchase is okay with them.
There's absolutely NO WAY around this.

Why
won't you sell me that Reptile?
|
If
we
have ever stated that we wont sell a specific Reptile to
you...well, it's more than likely that we feel you're
not ready for such a commitment. Some species of Reptiles just
do not make good "pets". And we would hate to have anything
happen to you or the Reptile in your care.

I'm
new to Reptiles, what's the best species to start out with?
|
We
believe that anyone and everyone can keep any
Reptile...but the most important thing and the key to success is
to do your research, do your research, do your research. Don't
be afraid to ask questions and don't be afraid to ask for help
when you need it. These are living creatures that are dependant
on you for their survival. If you don't have the means, space,
time or energy to take care of them...then DON'T even think of
keeping them.
